I have lived in this Community for 13 years. I enjoy talking to the staff and visiting with them on a regular basis. I also have a wonderful relationship with the manager who oversees the community daily. I appreciate when I call or go into the office for an issue it is taken care of in a timely manner. The community is surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, car washes and other stores that are easy to access in the area. The community is safe and the prices are very affordable if you are on a fixed income. I would recommend Hills on Huebner to anyone looking for friendly staff and safe affordable living.

I have lived at this place for a year and I am renewing my lease. It’s a small apartment complex, but is quiet and clean. The office staff is very nice any issues they will address it in a timely manner. My dog loves to go say hi to them every day.

I absolutely love the staff! They are super friendly and helpful. I moved in from another state and they made the process so easy. When i walked the unit i was content. Not to mention the unbeatable prices! I'm so excited to make it my home for a while. 10 out of 10, I would definitely recommend for 1st time renters.

G made it 5 stars!!! Update: 10:20 Shoot out to "G" the best maintenance guy ever!!!! On my way to office, I saw "G" and asked him about toilet. He was super nice, said he would come fix it right now and he did! Yay "G"!!! 1 star Just moved in. Got keys on Friday. Toilet is broken. Office was closed, and is closed Sat, Sun. Mon was Labor Day holiday. I get that, but I talked to Linsey in the office Tuesday 10 am as soon as they open, now it is Wedensday and my toilet is still broken. This is nothing I did, it was that way when I got the keys. So fow now I have to say Don't move here, it has not been a good start 😪😪😪

Amazing Community! If you are looking for an apartment for a good price, amazing amenities and amazing staff, this is the place to rent! Property management is so helpful and kind with anything I need. The apartment itself is so modern and nice giving it a modern feel to it. The pool and the gym are amazing and the people renting here are so kind! 10/10 would recommend The Hills on Heubner!!

They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. Highly Recommend! The property has been updated. We love the pool! The units are spacious and well maintained. We only have great things to say about Ms, Linsey. As soon as we arrived she was on a call and paused to great us and seat us. She was amazing and so nice she made it possible for us to move in when all she had was a model unit.
